Variations:

• Just add Tomatoes:  Mix 1 package Hearty Salsa Mix with 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes or 16 ounces fresh minced tomatoes.  
• Baked Fish Ole:  Mix 1 package Hearty Salsa Mix with 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes or 16 ounce can fresh minced tomatoes.  Cover fish with salsa and bake until flaky.
• Meat Magnifico:  Mix 1 package Hearty Salsa ix with 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes or 16 ounce can fresh minced tomatoes.  Add 1 cup mixed product to your favorite meatloaf recipe, and top with another cup of this mixed product.  Bake until meatloaf is done.
