1 lb. lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, not drained
1 can (15 to 16 oz.) kidney beans, not drained

Cooking Instructions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. Stir in gourmet seasoning, diced tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
