Directions:
Pour the mix into a bowl, ass the olive oil sachet, 3.5 fl oz cold water & mix to form a dough ball. Split into 4-6 even portions. Sprinkle some flour onto work surface & roll each portion into a thin flatbread shape. Pour 1 tsp vegetable oil into a shallow pan and heat on medium heat. Cook flatbread on each side for 2-3 minutes. Brush with butter, if desired and enjoy!
