Al'Fez Moroccan Style Couscous
A delicately flavored Couscous infused with exotic North African spices and mixed with Sultana raisins and pine nuts. These tiny ‘grains’ of crushed durum wheat are pre-steamed and then dried. To prepare the couscous, it is hydrated with boiling water and fluffed up with a fork and can be served as a couscous salad or traditionally as part of a tagine.
