What You'll Need:
About 1.5 lbs sliced Chicken, Beef or Seafood
1 cup mixed Vegetables – wedges of Carrots, Onion, green Beans
2 cups of steamed Jasmine rice
How to Prepare:
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
Add your choice of meat, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
Serve on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice.
