Cooking Directions (3 easy steps):
1. Stir entire package of Veggie Fry Batter Mix and 1 cup of club soda in medium bowl. Whip until smooth.
2. Coat vegetables in Veggie Fry Batter Mix; shake off excess batter.
3. Deep fry vegetables at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
*For delicious onion rings, use 1 cup of beer instead of club soda for batter mix.
*Entire 8.5 oz package coats approximately 3 lbs of vegetables.
Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Baking Powder (Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Spices, Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tri-Calcium Phosphate (To Prevent Caking).
