You Will Need:
2 lbs chicken or pork
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
Cooking Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk packet ingredients with 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil and 2 tbsp white vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting.
2. Place 2 pounds chicken or pork in a large resealable bag or glass dish and add remaining marinade.
>3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or longer for more flavor. Remove meat and discard any remaining marinade.
4. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
