La Tortilla Factory Salsa Baja Skillet Sauce Starter

You'll Need:
* Salsa Baja Sauce Starter
* 1 1/4 pounds shrimp or fish
* 2 tablespoons oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine half of the Sauce Starter with shrimp or fish; toss to coat.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until pink and opaque,3-5 minutes (or if using fish, until cooked through).
3. Transfer to a serving plate; add remaining Sauce Starter to skillet and heat fro 30 seconds. Pour sauce over shrimp or fish.
4. Serve with a warm tortilla.
