Louisiana Fish Fry New Orleans Style Shrimp Creole Base
A New Orleans Original. Our rich sauce has just the right amount of onions, bell peppers, garlic, and herbs. Add shrimp and serve over rice for an iconic New Orleans dish.

Cooking Directions:
Melt 5 tbsp. butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add LA Fish Fry Shrimp Crole Base. Cooke over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add 2 cups water and an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Stir.
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Add 1 lb. of peeled shrimp to the base and cook on low heat for 15 more minutes or until the seafood is thoroughly cooked and opaque in color (to 145°F). Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!
