2 lb stew beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
4 cups water
4 cups cut up veggies
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oil

Cooking Directions:
1. Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in large skillet. Ad beef and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce and simmer 45 minutes.
3. Add vegetables and simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender.
