Additions:
6lb. Fresh Tomatoes or 6 cans (14.5oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar or cider vinegar
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar or cider vinegar
Directions:
Wash fresh tomatoes. Scald for 3 minutes in boiling water. Dip into cold water. Cut out cores, remove skins and chop coarsely. This should yield about 10 cups tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
