I always stock Pain Is Good Batch 114; I also keep Dave's Gourmet Ghost Pepper sauce around. I tried Raw Heat because the price is right...I couldn't believe how great it is! It is perfect on steak--I use it straight as if it were steak sauce. The spice of this sauce is spot on! Now I keep this sauce on hand at all times, too.

I tried this for the first time in 2006. Ever since it has been my #1 hot sauce. I usually keep several bottles stocked so I don't ever run out. I like it because it is not only very spicy, but it has real flavor. Not like most hot sauces that are just hot and taste like vinegar.
