Directions:
- 2 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 pouch Red Fork SUnday Pot Roast Seasoning Sauce
- 2 cups broth or water
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown roast in 1 to 2 Tbs. of oil in a Dutch oven set over medium-high heat until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Pour the Pot Roast Sauce and 2 cups broth or water over beef. Cover and cook in oven until fork tender, 2 to 3 hours.
Ingredients:
Tomato puree (filtered water, tomato paste), burgundy wine (may contain sulfites), roasted onion, carrot, dehydrated mushrooms with porcini, celery, roasted garlic, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must, may contain sulfites), salt, expeller pressed canola oil, thyme, black pepper.
