D.L. Jardine's Queso Loco
The uses for Jardines most popular cheese sauce are as wide open as the Texas landscape. Serve it right out of the jar as a dip, dress up your baked potatoes or add a dollop to your hamburger to give it some attitude. It tastes terrific over broccoli and other veggies, too!

The Queso Loco is one of the worst queso dips I’ve ever tasted. It’s severely lacking any sort of cheese flavor, too acidic (overall taste of sour tomatoes), followed by too-mild poblano flavor. I tried several bites to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, but sadly no improvement.

I love this queso - not too hot so my wife and kids like it, but with just enough zip to satisfy my tastes!
