The ORIGINAL “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ has a long history of bringing quality aged peppers to food lovers everywhere. Since 1928, their Hot Sauce has built a reputation for quality and perfection by using only the best carefully selected aged peppers.  Their hot sauce continues to be made in New Iberia, Louisiana, the original Louisiana way, where peppers are combined with vinegar and salt, and then left to ferment during the aging process. A process that remains unchanged! Over the years, their Sauce Masters have added to their family of sauces by creating a number of “Flavored Hot Sauces” and ‘Wing Sauces’ using other pepper varieties and spices each with its own flavor profile. While the "Louisiana" family has expanded they have stayed true to their promise made over eighty years ago to create a perfectly balanced sauce that is “not too hot, not too mild”.
