Canterbury Naturals Country Style Corn Bread

They have captured hearty real corn flavor in their rich and moist corn bread. Make it sweet, spicy or thick with creamed corn and peppers! Serve it hot from the oven smothered with creamy butter and honey. It is great served with a hot steaming bowl of one of their soups or chilies.

Cooking Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well-blended. Pour batter into a greased 8" x 8" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, yellow corn flour, yellow cornmeal, canola or soybean oil, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aced pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), dextrose, whey, salt.
