Cooking Directions:
Bring 3.5 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in chile mix and 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Store in a cool dry place.
