What an interesting salsa! I tried this with chips and by the color of it, I thought I would get the typical tomato taste from salsa with the added flavor of red chiles. Well it turns out the color was from the red chiles - this salsa is almost all peppers. And what a neat flavor - intense pepper flavor, but not really hot. Not sure that this is a typical chips and salsa type of salsa - I also served it over grilled chicken and oh my was it yummy! I imagine it would be great with all kinds of things!
