Sweet red peppers and vine-ripened tomatoes form the base for this thick, Southwestern-style sauce. Jalapeno pepper add a little zing, but this sauce is based on the precept that “sweeter is better.” Great over creamed cheese with crackers or straight out of the bottle with chips.
