A wild misadventure in the Costa Rican jungle involving an overly curious howler monkey, a sackful of cayenne peppers, a very hungry green iguana and the local “Guardia” gave rise to the name of this rich, moderately hot sauce. Cayenne peppers, cane sugar, molasses, carrots and tomato paste make up this original Half Moon Bay sauce. |n|
