Iggy, Half Moon Bay’s reptilian product development guru…well, okay…iguana discovered this wildly delicious Bajan-style sauce while sailing his sloop thru Barbados and the West Indies. Cayenne and habanero peppers mix with carrots, cucumbers, onions and the whole concoction is sweeten by cane sugar. Iggy says this sauce is “the best damn Bajan-style pepper sauce this side of Bridgetown.” Heat—8. 5 oz.
