I got a gift of this 20 years ago and loved this product, I looked for another 10 years to find it and finally found it again and now I order by the case, this stuff is great on anything from eggs to steaks and more.

We love Crazy Charley's Cajun Powder. It is amazing on beef and poultry. It enhances the flavors without overtaking. Sure, you can use it cajun cooking, but I use it nearly everyday in my cooking and it really doesn't make me think cajun...just yummy.
