This mix contains the finest ingredients and recipe card to make a pot of chili that can compete with world champions.  In fact, this mix contains the same ingredients found in the 2009 International Chili Society World Champion's pot of traditional Red chili.

Quantity:  

 

Chili pepper, onion powder, spices, salt, garlic powder, garlic juice, vinegar, less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

 

Brown 2lbs. lean ground beef and drain.  Stir in seasoning mix, 15oz. can tomato sauce and 15oz can chilli beans.  Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stiring occasionally.
